How We Score
Every casino carries two separate headline numbers that we never blend. The Expert Score (live) is our own assessment, built across eight weighted pillars from source-quoted data in each operator's official documents and benchmarked against every licensed operator in the state. The Audience Score — verified player feedback through regulated channels — is in development and will sit alongside it, not inside it.
This page ranks on the Expert Score. See the full methodology for the complete standard.
How the Expert Score is built
Hands-on and document-based evidence. We fund each account, play across the lobby, cash out, and open support tickets, and we extract every scored parameter directly from the operator's published terms.
Pillar sub-scores. Each pillar is scored 1–5 against a fixed, published checklist, so the same evidence earns the same score everywhere. Every sub-score is then read on the single band key used across all the tables —
- 4.3+ = Exceptional
- 3.9–4.2 = Strong
- 3.5–3.8 = Good
- 3.2–3.4 = Fair
- below 3.2 = Weak
— which is always relative to the licensed field rather than an absolute ideal.
Weighted Expert Score. The eight pillar sub-scores are combined by the published weights below into a single score out of 5.
Transparency flags. Any parameter left unclear, undated, contradictory or hidden raises a countable flag that feeds the Terms and Bonus pillars. More flags means lower transparency.
Red lines. Absolute guardrails cap a score no matter how weak the field is — a predatory clause can hard-cap the Expert Score at 2.0 or cap the relevant pillar at Band 2, with a visible caution note.
Independent of commercials. Affiliate relationships never change a score, a rank, or a "Best For" placement.
Pillar weights
Pillar | Weight | Type |
|---|---|---|
A. Trust & Safety & Operator Background | 12% | Editorial + registry checks |
B. T&C Quality Audit | 15% | Document-based analysis |
C. Bonus Intelligence | 18% | Document-based analysis |
D. Banking & Withdrawals | 18% | Editorial + T&C cross-reference |
E. Games Library & Software Providers | 13% | Editorial |
F. User Experience & Mobile | 10% | Editorial |
G. Customer Support & Responsible Gambling | 11% | Editorial (tested) |
H. Product Development & Platform Freshness | 3% | Editorial |
Total | 100% |
One set of bands, many rankings: the same parameter bands feed every view of an operator. The headline Expert Score applies the default weights; each "Best For" list re-weights the identical bands toward what that audience cares about.

MGCB-Licensed & Approved Online Casinos
The 16 casinos above are the complete, official list of all legal online casinos in Michigan — every one holds a live internet gaming licence from the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB), and there are no others. Michigan caps the market at a fixed number of operator licences, each tied to one of the state's commercial or tribal casinos, so the field rarely grows without one brand replacing another (see New & Rebranded Casinos below).
How to verify a licence yourself
Before you deposit anywhere, confirm it on the source: open the Michigan Gaming Control Board's authorized-operator list at michigan.gov/mgcb and check the brand is listed as a live internet gaming licensee. If a site is not on the MGCB list — no matter what it advertises — it is not legal for real-money play in Michigan. (See also Are offshore, sweepstakes and social casinos legal in Michigan? in the FAQ.)
Reading the Benchmark: How Michigan's Online Casinos Compare
With every licensed site on one scale, the shape of the market becomes clear — where the field is strong, where it is uniformly weak, and how far apart the top and bottom really are. The field average is 3.48/5, and once each operator is scored relative to the rest of the field, the range opens up to a full 2.1 points — from 4.1 at the top down to a red-line-capped 2.0 at the bottom (the lowest un-capped site sits at 3.0). Benchmarking against peers, rather than against an absolute ideal, is what pulls the leaders and the laggards apart.
Where the field lands
Score band | Sites | Tier |
|---|---|---|
3.9 – 4.2 | 4 | Strong — DraftKings, Hard Rock, BetRivers, Hollywood |
3.5 – 3.8 | 6 | Good — Golden Nugget, FanDuel, theScore Bet, Fanatics, BetMGM, FireKeepers |
3.2 – 3.4 | 3 | Fair — bet365, Eagle Casino, Horseshoe |
below 3.2 | 3 | Weak — Caesars Palace, Play Gun Lake, Four Winds (red-line cap) |
What the numbers say
- Relative scoring spreads the field. Judged against each other rather than an absolute yardstick, the operators separate by a full 2.1 points — low-friction, zero-wagering bonuses and clean, dated terms rise to the top, while premium-branded sites with 15× wagering and thin disclosures fall away.
- Trust is a floor, not a differentiator. Every licensed operator scores well on Trust & Safety (field average around 4.2), because the MGCB licence sets a high baseline. Nobody wins on trust alone.
- Terms and bonuses decide the table. Once benchmarked, Terms & Conditions run 1.6 to 4.1 and Bonus Intelligence 2.0 to 4.8 — the widest spreads of any pillar. This is where players win or lose the most value, and where a good operator stands out most.
- A red line can override everything. Four Winds would land mid-table on pillar scores alone, but a $1/month inactivity fee — the earliest, most punitive dormancy trigger in the state — hard-caps its Expert Score at 2.0. Guardrails beat averages.
All Michigan Online Casinos, Reviewed

- best-documented terms in the field: dated ToS, self-exclusion tiers (1yr/5yr/Lifetime), a stated 3-business-day complaint SLA.

- standout Evolution live-dealer room (in-state Southfield studio) plus Greektown tables, widely rated best in the state
- welcome at 4.2/5: up to $500 loss-back at 1× plus up to 300 spins at 0×, no transparency flags.

5. Golden Nugget — 3.7 / 5 — One of the Best for Casino Bonuses
Trust 4.3 · Terms 2.7 · Bonus 4.8 · Banking 3.5 · Games 3.6 · UX 3.7 · Support 3.4 · Fresh 3.7

Why this score: A DraftKings-backed casino with a rare zero-rollover spins welcome, held to upper-middle by a small library, slow-stated payouts and a thin rulebook.
Stands out:
- field-topping Bonus (4.8): wager $5 cash for up to 500 Flex Spins on 100+ slots, no rollover on winnings
- two-layer loyalty (DraftKings Dynasty Rewards + 24K Select Club)
- strong pedigree (GNOG, DraftKings-owned, Nasdaq parent).
Watch: Terms below field median (2.7) — no MI licence number surfaced (only a PA footer) and broad discretionary void/close clauses; ~500-title library; welcome is a limited run with 24h daily batch expiry.
On the record: Golden Nugget Online Gaming LLC (DraftKings-owned), on the DraftKings platform, via Ojibwa Casino; MGCB. Stated withdrawal by the later of 5 or 10 business days. Dormancy 3 years, no fee. ToU dated Jan 2024.

6. FanDuel — 3.7 / 5 — One of the Best for Large Game Libraries
Trust 4.0 · Terms 1.9 · Bonus 4.7 · Banking 3.5 · Games 4.5 · UX 4.0 · Support 3.0 · Fresh 4.0

Why this score: A polished big-brand platform with the state's largest library and a clean zero-wagering welcome, kept out of the top tier by paperwork that leaves core withdrawal terms unstated.
Stands out:
- zero-wagering welcome (4.7): 500 spins on Love Island: Unlocked + $50 site credit for a $5 deposit, winnings immediately withdrawable
- 3,000+ games (field-high 4.5) with a 2026 PokerStars integration
- fast e-wallet/Play+ payouts, same-day cage at MotorCity.
Watch: field-worst Terms (1.9) — withdrawal processing time and daily/weekly caps all left to the cashier, thin self-exclusion detail; casino and DFS terms split across two documents; no casino support phone line.
On the record: Betfair Interactive US LLC (Flutter), MotorCity partner; MGCB IGSL007399-20-001. Withdrawal 24–72h per cashier (not in T&C). Welcome window Jun 8 – Sep 30, 2026. Dormancy 3-year, no fee (the $2.99/mo fee belongs to FanDuel's separate DFS terms).

7. theScore Bet — 3.6 / 5
Trust 4.5 · Terms 3.3 · Bonus 3.5 · Banking 3.5 · Games 3.7 · UX 3.8 · Support 3.3 · Fresh 3.6

Why this score: Casino games folded into the theScore Bet sports app, with field-high trust and a clean app, but a shallower casino-specific offering.
Stands out:
- field-high Trust (4.5) on the PENN/theScore platform
- single app shared with the sportsbook
- clean, well-rated mobile experience.
Watch: no separate casino welcome (the "$1,000 Bet Reset" is a sportsbook offer); not the pick for the biggest library or the fastest cash-outs.
On the record: Penn Sports Interactive, LLC (PENN Entertainment); MGCB; shares PENN's rulebook and banking with Hollywood.
Best for: theScore Bet sports users who want casino games in the same account.

8. Fanatics Casino — 3.6 / 5 — Best for Customer Support & Safer Gambling Tools
Trust 3.9 · Terms 4.0 · Bonus 2.0 · Banking 3.9 · Games 4.0 · UX 3.9 · Support 3.7 · Fresh 3.8

Why this score: Fast fee-free payouts and a now-complete, player-fair rulebook carry it, but a welcome bonus with undisclosed wagering and cashout drags it back to a soft 3.6.
Stands out:
- among the fastest payers in the state (stated 24h, up to 5 working days), fee-free
- clearest complaint SLA in the field (written response ≤10 days, 45-day negotiation, then MGCB/arbitration)
- field-best Support & RG (3.7), 24/7 live chat, jackpot-led library with a strong live floor.
Watch: welcome-bonus wagering and any max cashout are undisclosed ("Terms apply — see app"), so Bonus sits at a weak 2.0; each day's 100 spins expire same-day, offer is spins-only on one jackpot slot.
On the record: FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC (Fanatics Betting and Gaming), via the Lac Vieux Desert Band; MGCB. Welcome: wager $10 → 1,000 Bonus Spins on 7's Fire Blitz (100/day × 10 days); wagering undisclosed. Dormancy 3 years, no fee; bonus forfeited if no deposit within 60 days.
Best for: Players who cash out often and want quick turnaround and any-hour chat.

9. BetMGM — 3.5 / 5 — Best for No-Deposit Offers
Trust 4.5 · Terms 2.9 · Bonus 2.3 · Banking 3.7 · Games 4.0 · UX 4.0 · Support 3.5 · Fresh 3.8

Why this score: A blue-chip brand with the widest banking menu and best loyalty engine in the state, pulled to mid-field by a 10-day card hold and 15× match wagering that benchmarks in the field's worst quintile.
Stands out:
- widest deposit menu in Michigan (13 routes; Discover/Visa Fast Funds/PayPal within 24h)
- deepest promo calendar plus dual BetMGM + MGM Rewards loyalty (redeemable for resort stays, parking, Marriott Bonvoy points)
- Trust 4.5 (MGM/Entain JV, live since 2021).
Watch: a 10-day hold on withdrawals after any card deposit — the harshest banking clause here; welcome match a steep 15× (14-day window); some limits sit at the cashier.
On the record: BetMGM, LLC (MGM Resorts + Entain JV), via MGM Grand Detroit; MGCB; terms Dec 2025. Welcome: 100% to $1,000 (15×, 14 days) + $25 on the house (1×, 7 days). Withdrawal ≤5 business days plus the 10-day card hold. Dormancy 3 years.
Best for: Regular players and MGM loyalists who want a constant promo stream and cross-property rewards.
10. FireKeepers — 3.5 / 5
Trust 4.2 · Terms 3.7 · Bonus 2.2 · Banking 3.4 · Games 3.9 · UX 3.7 · Support 3.6 · Fresh 3.8

Why this score: A trusted, well-stocked tribal casino with a surprisingly clean rulebook, held back by day-long payouts and a below-median welcome.
Stands out:
- ~2,900 titles after a late-2025 expansion, with networked Aristocrat/IGT jackpots
- iGaming Rewards convert to dining/hotel/retail at the FireKeepers resort; same-day in-person cage in Battle Creek
- no operator fees either way, $10 deposit floor.
Watch: welcome carries 10× wagering with a high $100 minimum deposit and a tight 7-day window (Bonus 2.2); withdrawals 1–5 business days, no card cash-outs, and a card deposit can hold a payout up to 14 days.
On the record: FireKeepers Development Authority (Nottawaseppi Huron Band), platform Aristocrat Interactive; MGCB + NHBP facility oversight; live Jul 2021. Welcome: staged deposit match, max casino bonus $750 + up to $250 return-on-loss. Dormancy 3 years, no fee; JAMS arbitration in Ingham County.
Best for: Players after a staged deposit match tied to a real resort with hotel-linked loyalty.

11. bet365 — 3.4 / 5 · provisional — Best for Trust, Safety & Player Protection
Trust 4.5 · Terms 2.0 · Bonus 2.3 · Banking 4.0 · Games 4.3 · UX 3.8 · Support 3.3 · Fresh 4.0

Why this score: A globally trusted, MGCB-licensed newcomer with one of Michigan's biggest libraries and instant payouts, but weak documentation and thin ongoing value keep this provisional launch mid-pack.
Stands out:
- 1,500+ games (50+ Playtech live tables, Evolution, Age of the Gods jackpots)
- Apple Pay payouts listed instant, no fee, up to $50,000/transaction
- Trust 4.5 (MGCB + NJ + PA licences).
Watch: no loyalty/VIP and a thin promo slate once the welcome is spent; key terms (withdrawal time, min, card-deposit hold) deferred off the document and scored unclear (Terms 2.0); only weeks of MI history.
On the record: bet365 (Hillside Michigan LLC), hosted by the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa; MGCB; launched Apr 17, 2026 (into the market slot vacated by PokerStars). Welcome: 100% to $1,000 + up to 1,000 spins, 15× wagering, 30-day window. Dormancy 3 years, no fee; no max-winnings cap.
Best for: Slot and jackpot players who want a big library and quick, free payouts.
12. Eagle Casino — 3.4 / 5
Trust 4.0 · Terms 3.3 · Bonus 3.2 · Banking 3.0 · Games 3.5 · UX 3.4 · Support 3.5 · Fresh 3.5

Why this score: A legitimate tribally owned operator with the state's friendliest 5× wagering on a high match, held back by slow-in-practice payouts and an aging rulebook.
Stands out:
- low 5× wagering (vs a 15×–25× norm) on a high $1,500 match + 100 spins
- strong backing (Soaring Eagle Gaming / Saginaw Chippewa, operator of the state's largest floor)
- 24/7 chat, email and phone plus a broad ~12-method banking menu.
Watch: recurring player reports of slow payouts despite a stated 5-business-day window; tight 7-day bonus-clearing window with full forfeiture if missed; broad discretionary void clauses.
On the record: Soaring Eagle Gaming (Saginaw Chippewa) on GAN's GameSTACK; MGCB's 15th operator; Michigan-only, live Apr 2022. Contribution slots 100% / roulette 20% / else 0%. General terms dated Apr 5, 2022 — the oldest T&C in the field; no dormancy fee.
Best for: Low-wagering value hunters who want one login for casino + sportsbook.

13. Horseshoe — 3.3 / 5
Trust 4.0 · Terms 2.4 · Bonus 3.8 · Banking 3.0 · Games 3.5 · UX 3.5 · Support 3.0 · Fresh 3.0

Why this score: A Caesars-backed casino with a genuine no-deposit start and among the state's lowest wagering, dragged down by a staggered bonus, a 14-day card hold, and a rulebook that offloads key money details to the cashier.
Stands out:
- true no-deposit start (125 spins at registration, no opt-in, 1× slots wagering)
- low tiered playthrough on spin winnings (1× slots / 2× video poker / 5× other), Bonus pillar 3.8
- Caesars Entertainment (Nasdaq: CZR) backing with Caesars Rewards; debit payouts reported fast in practice (the terms themselves do not publish a processing window).
Watch: 500 spins staggered over three weeks (4 × 125), each later batch needs an opt-in + 1 Tier Credit; terms defer withdrawal min/window/caps to the cashier, publish no licence number, and apply a 14-day card-deposit hold.
On the record: American Wagering, Inc. (William Hill / Caesars Sportsbook), same platform/rulebook as Caesars Palace; MGCB; terms Sep 2025. An eligible promo code (see the operator's site). $10,000/day combined cap. Dormancy 3 years → forfeited to MI, no fee. ~1,500 games.
Best for: Caesars Rewards members who want a no-deposit start and low-wagering spins.

14. Caesars Palace — 3.1 / 5
Trust 4.0 · Terms 2.4 · Bonus 2.2 · Banking 3.0 · Games 3.5 · UX 3.5 · Support 3.5 · Fresh 3.0

Why this score: A trusted, listed-parent big brand with a $10 no-deposit hook, dragged to the low end by the strictest match-bonus wagering in the state and banking terms it won't put in writing.
Stands out:
- Caesars Entertainment (Nasdaq: CZR) backing with fully traceable ownership
- $10 no-deposit starter at 1× + 2,500 Reward Credits on the national Caesars Rewards program
- broad modern banking (PayPal same-day once approved).
Watch: the 100% match up to $1,000 carries 15× wagering ($15,000 to clear in 7 days, slots-only) — the strictest disclosed match band in the field; core banking terms deferred to the cashier; no licence number in the document; 14-day card hold.
On the record: American Wagering, Inc. (William Hill), parent Caesars Entertainment; MGCB. Code WELCOME. ~1,000 games. Dormancy 3 years → forfeited to MI, no fee; $10,000/day combined cap.
Best for: Caesars Rewards members and slot players who value a big brand — less so anyone wanting fast, low-wagering value.

15. Play Gun Lake — 3.0 / 5 · provisional
Trust 3.7 · Terms 1.6 · Bonus 2.5 · Banking 3.0 · Games 3.4 · UX 3.7 · Support 3.3 · Fresh 3.5

Why this score: A likeable, tribally backed casino with genuinely no-wager cash spins, undercut by the slowest payouts in the state and a live terms document still carrying placeholder complaint contacts and a class-action waiver.
Stands out:
- 500 bonus spins on "Goal Goal Goal! Collect 'Em" (50/day × 10) that pay as cash with no wagering
- deep 8-method deposit menu (cards, PayPal, Skrill, Play+, cash at the cage)
- a real Michigan tribal casino (Gun Lake, Wayland) on the Parx/Playtech platform.
Watch: withdrawals up to 10 business days — the slowest stated window in the field — with no stated minimum; terms list placeholder complaint contacts ("Phone/Email TBD") and force mandatory arbitration with a class-action waiver; loss-back's 5× play-through trails the 1× at DraftKings/Hard Rock/Horseshoe.
On the record: Gun Lake Casino (tribal); platform Parx Interactive Michigan (Playtech); MGCB; 21+. Welcome: up to $500 loss-back (5×, 7-day expiry) + 500 no-wager spins; no code. Dormancy 3 years, no fee; no published game count/RTP.
Best for: Casual players who want no-wager spins and plenty of funding options, and aren't in a rush to cash out.

16. Four Winds — 2.0 / 5 ⛔
Trust 4.0 · Terms 2.7 · Bonus 2.2 · Banking 3.0 · Games 3.8 · UX 3.1 · Support 3.3 · Fresh 3.8

Why this score: A strong, jackpot-heavy library on a freshly rebuilt platform — but a $1.00-per-month inactivity fee that erodes real-money balances trips an absolute red line that hard-caps the score at 2.0 regardless of the ~3.0 weighted total.
Stands out:
- deep, jackpot-heavy library (IGT MegaJackpots, daily jackpots; IGT, Light & Wonder, NetEnt, Nolimit City)
- 2025 Strive rebuild added card withdrawals, instant bank transfers and a live room
- tribe-owned (Pokagon Band), land-based since 2007
Watch — RED LINE: a $1.00-per-month inactivity fee after just 18 months of no login (the earliest, most punitive dormancy trigger in the state) draws down any remaining balance; at 3 years, balances ≤$25 are escheated to Michigan. This forces the ceiling to 2.0. Also: steep table wagering (100×/200×), a small $200 bonus cap with 3-day expiry, and a subjective "irregular betting patterns" void clause.
On the record: Pokagon Gaming Authority (Pokagon Band of Potawatomi), platform Strive; MGCB. Withdrawal ≤5 business days internal. Welcome: 200% to $200 + 75 spins; low app-store ratings (App Store ~2.0, Google Play ~2.9) after the migration.
Best for: Games-first jackpot players — but the dormancy fee makes it a poor fit for anyone who may leave a balance sitting idle.

New & Rebranded Michigan Casinos
Michigan caps its online-casino licences, so the field changes by replacement, not expansion. If you remember a brand that has vanished, it was almost certainly rebranded onto one of the sites above — here's who's who, so a legacy name still leads you to the right, licensed operator. For every recent launch and rebrand, see our full guide to new Michigan online casinos.
Brand today | Went live / changed | What happened |
|---|---|---|
bet365 | Apr 17, 2026 | New market entry into the licence slot vacated when PokerStars wound down |
Hard Rock Bet | Dec 2, 2025 | Replaced SI Casino (Sports Illustrated) on the same licence |
Horseshoe | Oct 7, 2024 | Replaced WynnBET on the Caesars platform |
Fanatics Casino | Feb 22, 2024 | Launched on the Michigan licence acquired from PointsBet |
Renamed — old name → where it is now:
- SugarHouse → BetRivers
- PointsBet → Fanatics
- WynnBET → Horseshoe
- SI Casino → Hard Rock Bet
PokerStars / Stars Casino → wound down (its poker product continues under FanDuel).
If you land on a page for a retired brand, follow it to the current operator's review above.
What Michigan Online Casinos Offer: Games, Bonuses & Banking
A quick tour of what you'll actually find across Michigan's online casinos — and, in each area, who does it best according to the scores.
Games & Slots. Libraries range from around 500 titles at the boutique end to well over 4,000 at the biggest sites, spanning slots, jackpots, table games and specialty titles from studios like Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Light & Wonder and NetEnt. The deepest lobbies also carry exclusive titles you won't find elsewhere and stake ranges that suit both penny players and high rollers. For a closer look at the slot side of the field, see our guide to Michigan online casino slots.
- Who does this best: Hard Rock Bet and FanDuel share the field-high Games & Providers score of 4.5/5, with DraftKings and bet365 close behind at 4.3.
Bonuses & Promotions. Welcome offers cluster into a few shapes: deposit-match bonuses, loss-back (bet-and-get) offers, no-deposit starters and free-spin packages, usually followed by reloads and a loyalty scheme. What separates them is the fine print — wagering requirements, the completion window, which games count, and the maximum bet — which is exactly what our Bonus Intelligence pillar measures.
- Who does this best: Golden Nugget and DraftKings share the top Bonus Intelligence score (4.8/5) on the back of zero-wagering spin winnings; FanDuel follows at 4.7. Premium deposit-match offers with 15× wagering (BetMGM, bet365, Caesars) land far lower once benchmarked.
Banking & Payouts. Deposits are near-universal by debit card, online banking, PayPal and other e-wallets, plus PayNearMe and casino-cage cash at partnered properties. The real differences are on the way out: payout speed, fees, and withdrawal limits. The strongest operators clear e-wallet cash-outs the same day with no fees.
- Who does this best: Hollywood and bet365 share the top Banking & Withdrawals score (4.0/5) with fee-free payouts; Hard Rock and Fanatics follow at 3.9. See Fastest-paying Michigan casinos below for the full ranking.
Live Dealer & Table Games. Every major operator runs a live-dealer floor — blackjack, roulette, baccarat at online casinos in Michigan and game shows streamed from studios, alongside software table games. Depth varies: the larger libraries carry more tables, higher limits and more game-show formats.
- Who does this best: Hollywood is built around live-dealer strength (an in-state Evolution studio in Southfield plus Greektown-branded tables, widely rated the best live room in the state), and BetRivers pairs a huge live and jackpot library with the field's clearest terms (4.1/5). Caesars Palace and Horseshoe share the Caesars Evolution suite.
Apps & Mobile. All 16 sites run a mobile site, and most offer dedicated iOS and Android apps. The gap is in everyday use — sign-up, search across thousands of games, and how stable the app feels day to day, which our User Experience & Mobile pillar tests directly.
- Who does this best: DraftKings tops User Experience & Mobile (4.3/5); Hard Rock, BetMGM and FanDuel share the next tier at 4.0.
Fastest-paying Michigan casinos
Payout speed is where the field separates most on banking. Ranked on our Banking & Withdrawals pillar plus each operator's stated and observed cash-out times:
- Hollywood · bet365 (Banking 4.0) — Hollywood clears e-wallets (PayPal, Venmo, Skrill) near-instantly and fee-free; bet365 lists Apple Pay payouts as instant, most methods in 1–4 hours.
- Hard Rock Bet · Fanatics (3.9) — Hard Rock pays most methods in 24–48h (ACH/checks ≤5 business days); Fanatics generally within 24h, fee-free.
- DraftKings (3.7) — e-wallet (PayPal) cashouts often within 48h; honored by the later of 5 business days.
- Mid-pack (3.5) — BetRivers ~3 business days (its stated SLA is the clearest in the field); FanDuel and Golden Nugget 24–72h depending on method.
- Slowest — Play Gun Lake states up to 10 business days, the longest window in Michigan. Note also the 14-day card-deposit holds at Caesars, Horseshoe and FireKeepers, and BetMGM's 10-day card hold.
Reminder: your first withdrawal at any casino can wait on one-time identity verification (KYC) — clear it early to unlock the speeds above.
Best odds & highest-paying games in Michigan casinos
If you're playing to stretch a bankroll, game choice matters more than which casino you pick.
The lowest house edges in a Michigan lobby are on blackjack (around 0.5% with optimal strategy), video poker (Jacks or Better pays up to ~99.5% RTP on the full-pay tables) and baccarat (the banker bet runs about a 1.06% edge).
Slots vary widely — headline RTPs cluster around 96%, but progressive-jackpot slots trade a lower base RTP for a shot at a networked top prize. Every game is independently RNG-tested under MGCB rules, so the published odds are the real odds.
Comparing Michigan Welcome Bonuses
Bonus terms audit date: July 3, 2026
A welcome offer is only as good as its fine print. This table is anchored on our Bonus Intelligence score — a stable, benchmarked read of each offer's real value (wagering, window, eligible games, transparency) — rather than the headline dollar figure, because amounts and promo periods drift while the mechanics rarely do. Offer shapes, wagering and codes are verified against each operator's current published terms; always confirm the live amount on the operator's site before depositing.
Casino | Bonus score | Welcome offer (shape) | Wagering | Promo code | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
DraftKings | 4.8 | Bet-and-get: 1,000 Flex Spins (wager $5) | 0× on winnings | none | Live to 22 Jul 2026 ✓ |
Golden Nugget | 4.8 | Free spins: up to 500 Flex Spins on Select Games | 0× | none | Live to 22 Jul 2026 ✓ |
FanDuel | 4.7 | Free spins: 500 spins + $50 casino credit | 0× on spins | none | Live to 30 Sep 2026 ✓ |
BetRivers | 4.2 | Loss-back up to $500 + 500 spins | 1× (spins 0×) | WELCOME / CASINOBACK | ✓ |
Hollywood | 4.2 | Bet-and-get loss-back + 300 spins | 1× (spins 0×) | — | ✓ |
Hard Rock Bet | 4.0 | Loss-back up to $1,000 + 500 spins | 1× | none | ✓ |
Horseshoe | 3.8 | No-deposit start: 500 spins (4 × 125) | 1× on spins | an eligible code (see the operator's site) | ✓ |
theScore Bet | 3.5 | No casino welcome (sports "$1,000 Bet Reset" only) | — | — | Casino-welcome gap |
Eagle Casino | 3.2 | Deposit match up to $1,500 + 100 spins | 5× | — | ✓ |
Play Gun Lake | 2.5 | No-wager spins: 500 spins + loss-back | spins 0× / loss-back 5× | none | ✓ |
BetMGM | 2.3 | Deposit match up to $1,000 + $25 no-deposit | 15× match / 1× ($25) | — | ✓ |
bet365 | 2.3 | Deposit match + 1,000 spins | 15× | — | Verify — new launch |
Caesars Palace | 2.2 | No-deposit $10 + deposit match to $1,000 | 15× | WELCOME | ✓ |
FireKeepers | 2.2 | Staged 5-day deposit match up to $750 | 10× | — | ✓ |
Four Winds | 2.2 | 200% up to $200 + 75 spins | 10× (tables far higher) | none | ✓ |
Fanatics | 2.0 | Bonus spins: 1,000 on 7's Fire Blitz (wager $10) | Not disclosed | — | ⚠ bonus wagering/cashout undisclosed |
Reading the table: the zero-wagering offers at the top (DraftKings, Golden Nugget, FanDuel) let you keep what the spins win with no play-through — the friendliest mechanic in the state.
Premium deposit-match offers with 15× wagering (BetMGM, bet365, Caesars) carry a bigger headline but far more friction, which is why they score lower here. Fanatics scores lowest not because the offer is small but because its terms are not published.
Scores follow the methodology; each amount is verified against the operator's terms as of 3 Jul 2026.
The types of casino promotions in Michigan, explained
- Sign-up / welcome offer — the one-time headline deal for new accounts (the focus of our Bonus Intelligence pillar).
- Deposit match — the casino matches a percentage of your deposit in bonus funds (e.g. 100% up to $1,000); usually carries the highest wagering (10×–15× in Michigan).
- Loss-back (bet-and-get) — you get a refund in bonus credit if your first session loses; friendlier because it often clears at just 1×.
- No-deposit — a small real-money credit or spins with no deposit required.
- Free / bonus spins — a set number of slot spins; the key question is whether winnings carry wagering (0× = best) and how fast each batch expires.
- Reloads & loyalty — ongoing deposit boosts plus a points/tier program (BetMGM's MGM Rewards and Caesars Rewards are the deepest, cross-property).
No-deposit bonuses in Michigan
A no-deposit bonus lets you play for real money before you fund an account. Three licensed sites offer a genuine one:
- BetMGM — $25 on the house. A $25 Casino Bonus at a light 1× wagering (7-day window), on top of the deposit-match welcome.
- Caesars Palace — $10 no-deposit + 2,500 Reward Credits. At 1× wagering, tied to the national Caesars Rewards program.
- Horseshoe — 125 no-deposit spins at registration. No opt-in, 1× slots wagering (part of a staged 500-spin welcome).
Everything else in the field is a deposit-triggered offer.
Michigan Online Casino Terms & Conditions: Full Cross-Operator Analysis
T&C audit date: July 3, 2026
Every legal online casino in Michigan runs under a Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) licence, and each reaches the market through a land-based partner — one of Detroit's three commercial casinos (BetMGM via MGM Grand, FanDuel via MotorCity, Hollywood/theScore via Greektown) or one of the state's tribal casinos (everyone else). Four of the brands are a tribe's own online casino rather than a national operator renting access — Eagle Casino (Saginaw Chippewa), Play Gun Lake (Gun Lake), Four Winds (Pokagon) and FireKeepers (Nottawaseppi Huron) — and these layer a tribal gaming compact on top of the MGCB licence. Eagle uniquely answers to a second regulator, the Saginaw Chippewa Gaming Commission.
Jackpot Sounds pulled and read the public T&C of 13 of the 16 operators (collected May 11–12, 2026) — every one whose terms can be read before registration; DraftKings, Golden Nugget and FireKeepers keep theirs behind login (audited in their individual reviews instead). We verified every figure against the source documents and scored them against a 27-point checklist.
Withdrawal processing times
Operator | Stated processing time | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Hard Rock Bet | e-wallets/cards 24–48h; ACH/check 5 business days | Most detailed method breakdown |
Fanatics | 24h generally, up to 5 working days | Fastest best-case claim |
BetRivers | ~3 business days | Clearest single estimate |
BetMGM | Up to 5 business days | Limits punted to Cashier |
Eagle Casino | Up to 5 business days | — |
Four Winds | Up to 5 business days | $250K sports payout cap |
Hollywood | Within 5 calendar days | — |
theScoreBet | Up to 5 calendar days | Limits in Betting Rules |
PlayGunLake | Up to 10 business days | Longest in the field — double the norm |
Horseshoe | Not stated | ~72h per support |
Caesars Palace | Not stated | Same T&C as Horseshoe |
FanDuel | Not stated | DFS-focused T&C |
bet365 | Not stated in T&C | Deferred to the cashier; Apple Pay instant in practice, $50k/txn ceiling |
Bottom line: Hard Rock Bet and Fanatics turn cash around fastest, BetRivers gives the cleanest promise, and PlayGunLake makes players settle in for up to 10 days. Four operators (Horseshoe, Caesars Palace, FanDuel and bet365) won't pin down a window at all — the first thing to flag before depositing.
Withdrawal limits and caps
Operator | Published limit | What it really means |
|---|---|---|
Horseshoe / Caesars Palace | $10,000/day | Covers deposits and withdrawals combined — a big card deposit eats your payout room same-day |
Four Winds | $250,000 net payout | Sports betting only, not a general cap |
Eagle Casino | Discretionary | Set by player history — no published figure |
bet365 | $50,000 per transaction | Per-method ceiling; no daily cap and no max-winnings cap |
All others | Not published | Punted to the Cashier page |
Credit card deposit holds
- Caesars Palace — 14 days
- Horseshoe — 14 days
- BetMGM — 10 days
- all others not stated or cards not a withdrawal method.
Chargeback fees — theScoreBet & Hollywood (same parent, PENN) — $50, +$500 at pre-arbitration (the only explicit dollar schedule in the state); Eagle Casino and BetMGM recover costs but publish no fixed fee; all others none published.
Bonus expiry rules — BetRivers 30 days (Bonus Money + Bonus Bets, clearly stated); FanDuel 30 days for unconverted pending bonus; bet365 a 30-day welcome-match window; Hollywood forfeited if no deposit within 30 days of registration; Fanatics and Hard Rock Bet forfeited if no deposit within 60 days of account creation; all others per-promotion only.
Game contribution tables. Only three of thirteen operators publish a contribution table in their main T&C — BetMGM (full), Eagle Casino (partial), and Hard Rock Bet (partial). BetMGM's table is the gold standard:
Game type | Contribution |
|---|---|
Slots, Arcade, Scratchcard, Virtual, Fixed Odds | 100% |
Roulette (all variations), Sic Bo, Keno, Craps | 20% |
Blackjack (most varieties) | 10% |
Red Dog, Casino War, Pai Gow, Casino Hold'Em & similar | 5% |
"New" games | 0% |
Inactive account policies
Operator | Inactivity trigger | What happens to your balance |
|---|---|---|
Four Winds | 18 months → $1/mo fee; 3 yrs → dormant | Returned (>$25) or escheated (≤$25) |
FanDuel | 24 months → inactive | $2.99/mo fee; 36–60 mo → escheated |
Eagle Casino | 3 years | Operator forfeits funds + pending wagers |
BetMGM | 3 years | Non-cashable funds removed; balance forfeited/remitted |
Horseshoe / Caesars Palace | 3 years | Forfeited to State of Michigan |
BetRivers | 3 rolling years | Subject to forfeiture per law |
Fanatics | 3 years | Refunded or escheated |
Hard Rock Bet | 3 years | Forfeited; remitted per Michigan rules |
PlayGunLake | 3 years | Forfeited per state + federal law |
bet365 | 3 years | Zero-balance account closed (no fee); positive balance returned or remitted per MI law |
Hollywood / theScoreBet | Per Jurisdiction Terms | Opted out of promos; forfeited per law |
Bottom line: the market norm is a 3-year cushion with no fee — but FanDuel docks $2.99/month after just 24 months, and Four Winds starts charging $1/month at 18 months, the earliest trigger in the state.
Self-exclusion. All 13 operators tie into Michigan's statewide MGCB Disassociated Persons List, which blocks every licensed Michigan casino and sportsbook at once. Contact the MGCB Detroit office at (313) 456-4100 (in-person appointment required for that list). Operator-level tools vary — BetRivers mails your remaining cash balance as a written check; Fanatics logs you out on the spot and refunds the cash balance; theScoreBet/Hollywood return balances ≥$1.00 (under $1.00 forfeited unless you flag support within 72 hours); Hard Rock Bet requires an in-person MGCB visit for lifetime self-exclusion; BetMGM self-exclusion in one state locks you out nationwide.
Complaints and escalation. Take it up with the operator's Customer Support first, then escalate to the MGCB: online dispute form at patroncomplaint.mgcb-apps-prod.state.mi.us/LandingPage, phone (313) 456-4100. Several operators (BetMGM, Horseshoe, Caesars Palace, Four Winds, Hard Rock Bet, Play Gun Lake and FireKeepers) require binding arbitration in place of a lawsuit — Play Gun Lake pairs it with a class-action waiver and, notably, still lists placeholder first-line complaint contacts ("Phone Number TBD; Email Address TBD") in its live terms; FireKeepers routes disputes to JAMS in Ingham County. bet365 also imposes AAA arbitration, but only as a backstop after the MGCB complaint process is exhausted (a one-year window to file).

Hollywood / theScoreBet | Penn Sports Interactive, LLC | PENN Entertainment, Inc. |
BetRivers | Rush Street Interactive MI, LLC + Little River Casino Resort | Rush Street Interactive, LP |
FanDuel | FanDuel, Inc. | Not disclosed in T&C |
Fanatics | FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC | Fanatics Betting and Gaming |
Eagle Casino | Soaring Eagle Gaming, Inc. | Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan |
PlayGunLake | Parx Interactive Michigan Inc. + Gun Lake Casino | — |
Four Winds | Pokagon Gaming Authority | Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians |
Hard Rock Bet | Seminole Hard Rock Digital, LLC | Seminole Hard Rock / Hannahville Indian Community |
bet365 | Hillside (Michigan) LLC | bet365 Group Ltd (via Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa) |
Operators with no pre-registration T&C — DraftKings and Golden Nugget keep terms behind login, and FireKeepers' public T&C page returns a 404, so none of the three could be read before signing up. Their terms are audited in full in our individual reviews once inside the account (which is why Golden Nugget carries a dated Jan 2024 ToU, FireKeepers a scored 3.7 Terms pillar, and DraftKings an Aug 2024 document above) — they are simply excluded from the cross-operator table below, which is built only from terms a prospective player can read before depositing.
The Bottom Line: Choosing Your Michigan Online Casino
Judged against each other, Michigan's licensed sites spread across a full two points of Expert Score — but every one of them clears the safety bar, so the right pick still comes down to what you value, not just the headline number. Use this Michigan online casino list — and the pillar scores behind it — to match a casino to how you actually play.
Bottom line by player type
If you're a… | Start with | Because |
|---|---|---|
Bonus hunters | Golden Nugget · DraftKings | Joint-top Bonus Intelligence (4.8) — zero-wagering spin winnings. |
Game-variety seekers | Hard Rock Bet · FanDuel | Joint-largest, highest-scoring libraries (4.5). |
Fast, clean payouts | Hollywood · bet365 | Top banking scores and fee-free cash-outs. |
Cautious first-timers | BetRivers | The clearest, most transparent terms in the field (4.1). |
No-deposit / try before you fund | BetMGM | Highest-scoring no-deposit option — $25 on the house. |
Loyalty & rewards | BetMGM · FireKeepers | Cross-property and hotel-linked reward schemes. |
One wallet, casino + sports | FanDuel · theScore Bet · Four Winds | Single login shared with a sportsbook. |
One caveat that applies to the whole field: terms and real bonus value are where operators separate most — the pillars run from poor (Terms 1.6, Bonus 2.0) to excellent (Terms 4.1, Bonus 4.8). Read the fine print — wagering, completion windows and maximum bet — before you deposit, whatever the headline score. That is also why our T&C Quality Audit and Bonus Intelligence pillars carry so much weight.

- Create an account. Visit the Michigan online casino website or download its mobile app. You'll need to provide some basic information, including your name, email address, date of birth, and contact details.
- Submit documentation. As part of the registration process, you may be required to upload certain documents to verify your identity and age. Commonly requested proof includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
- Pass age verification. Online casinos in Michigan are open only to players of legal gambling age (21+), so be ready for an age-verification check.
- Complete verification. Once you've submitted the necessary documentation, the casino will review your information and verify your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Before you can start playing, you'll need to fund your account by making a deposit. Michigan's online casinos offer a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and prepaid cards:
- Access the cashier. Access your gaming profile and click "Deposit," "Cashier," or a similar button.
- Select the payment method. Browse through the list and choose the method that's most convenient for you.
- Enter the deposit sum. Specify the amount you wish to deposit. Most online casinos accept payments from $5–20.
- Complete the transaction. Follow the prompts to complete the deposit securely. Depending on the method chosen, your funds should be available almost instantly.
When you're ready to cash out any winnings, return to the cashier, pick a payment service, enter the amount (mind the withdrawal limits and processing times), submit the request, and pass any additional verification — provide the required documents and allow up to 24 hours for the casino to confirm your identity.
Are Online Casinos Legal in Michigan?
All Michigan's online casinos are required to ensure compliance with legal requirements and player eligibility criteria.
The minimum gambling age requirement is established by the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, which governs all forms of gambling within the state. Specifically, Section 432.202 of the Act stipulates that individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from participating in gambling activities.
Geographic Location Verification. Players accessing Michigan's online casinos must undergo geographic location verification to ensure compliance with state regulations. Gamblers must be physically located within the borders of Michigan to legally participate. The requirement is outlined in the LIGA, which legalized online gambling in Michigan and mandates that operators use geolocation technology to verify the physical location of players and prevent access from outside the state.
Document Verification & Account Registration. When registering, players provide personal information and documentation to verify their identity and age — government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) plus proof of address. While specific document requirements may not be explicitly outlined in Michigan's gambling legislation, online casinos are subject to MGCB oversight, which imposes stringent requirements for player registration and verification.
Casino Apps Operation in Michigan. MI mobile casinos employ geo-location verification technology to ensure players are physically within state borders. On Android, installation is typically via an APK, because the Google Play Store has a strict policy on gambling programs; iPad and iPhone owners can get betting apps directly from the App Store.
When did online gambling become legal in Michigan? Michigan legalized online casino and sports betting under the Lawful Internet Gaming Act (signed December 2019); regulated real-money online casinos went live on January 22, 2021. Since then, legal online gambling in MI has run only through MGCB-licensed operators — the Michigan online gambling sites listed on this page — with no lawful offshore alternative. Every legal site runs under an MGCB internet gaming licence tied to a commercial or tribal casino partner.
Online Poker in Michigan
Michigan also regulates online poker under the same Lawful Internet Gaming Act, and it is legal to play at MGCB-licensed sites (21+, inside state lines). The market is small and separate from casino gaming: the marquee brand, PokerStars, has wound down its standalone Michigan presence, with its operator group's poker product continuing under FanDuel. If poker is your main game, check the operator's dedicated poker room rather than its casino lobby — this page ranks casino play.
Taxes on Casino Winnings for Michigan Players
All winnings from online casino Michigan real money games are subject to federal and state income taxes. Currently, the state takes 4.25% of your gambling winnings.
This means you must report any casino winnings when you file your Michigan state tax return. You can only write off your losses if you select itemized deductions. If you take the standard deduction, you will be taxed on the full sum you won. To estimate what you'll owe, use a dedicated gambling tax calculator for free. Generally, Michigan's tax policy is reasonable — for instance, Illinois sets gambling taxes at 4.95%.
Responsible Gaming in Michigan
Responsible gaming is a cornerstone of the online gambling industry, aimed at promoting safe and enjoyable experiences for all players. Understanding its importance and having access to resources and support organizations is essential for maintaining a healthy, balanced approach to gambling.
- Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Offers resources and information on responsible gambling, including tips for safe gaming, warning signs of problem gambling, and links to support services.
- Michigan Association on Problem Gambling (MAPG). A non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about problem gambling and providing support to individuals and families affected by gambling addiction, with educational programs, counseling and support groups.
- Michigan Problem Gambling Helpline. A confidential, toll-free hotline available 24/7. By calling 1-800-270-7117, individuals can speak with trained professionals for guidance and referrals.
- Self-Exclusion Programs. Michigan's online casinos let individuals voluntarily exclude themselves from gambling for a specified period — a proactive step to limit gambling behavior and prevent harm. Section 432.205 of the Act empowers the Board to establish such programs; enrollment typically runs from six months to five years.
- Responsible Gaming Policies. Licensed operators must implement tools such as deposit limits, time limits, and self-assessment tools. All tools are audited by the MGCB.
- Gamblers Anonymous (GA). A fellowship supporting each other in overcoming gambling addiction, with meetings held regularly in communities across Michigan.
Licensed Michigan online casinos must also offer built-in responsible gaming tools players can activate at any time — deposit limits, loss limits, time-based session controls, temporary cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion — all audited by the MGCB.
Conclusion: The Michigan Online Casino Landscape in 2026
Michigan is one of the most competitive legal online casino markets in the country, and all 16 MGCB-licensed sites clear the same safety bar — a live internet gaming licence, audited responsible-gaming tools, and RNG-tested games. That is the floor. Above it, the field spreads across a full two points of Expert Score, and the gap is decided almost entirely by two things: how transparent an operator's terms are, and how much real value survives a bonus's fine print.
At the top, DraftKings (4.1), Hard Rock Bet (4.0), BetRivers (3.9) and Hollywood (3.9) pair clean, low-wagering welcome offers with fast, fee-free payouts and well-documented rulebooks. At the bottom, premium brand names with 15× match wagering, thin disclosures, or — in Four Winds' case — a balance-eroding inactivity fee fall away once benchmarked against the field. The lesson repeats on every review: the headline dollar figure is the least reliable guide to a bonus, and the terms page tells you more than the marketing does.
Whichever Michigan online casino you choose, three habits protect you: confirm the site is on the official MGCB list before you deposit, read the wagering and withdrawal terms for your shortlist, and set your deposit and time limits first. Every score on this page is independent, benchmarked against the whole licensed field, never for sale, and revisited as operators ship changes.

FAQ
How does Jackpot Sounds score Michigan casinos?
Every licensed site is rated on the same eight weighted pillars — trust, terms, bonuses, banking, games, apps, support and platform freshness — combined into one Expert Score out of 5. Scores come from hands-on testing and the operator's own published documents, and are never influenced by commercial deals. See our full methodology for the weights and bands.
Which Michigan online casino is the best right now?
By weighted Expert Score, DraftKings leads the field at 4.1/5, followed by Hard Rock Bet at 4.0 and BetRivers and Hollywood at 3.9. The best one for you depends on what you value — see "Best For" and "The Bottom Line" above.
Can you gamble online at 18 in Michigan?
No. Michigan sets the minimum age for real-money online casino and sports betting at 21, under the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act (Section 432.202) — there is no 18+ real-money online casino in the state. Every licensed operator verifies your name, date of birth and identity at sign-up and runs geolocation to confirm you are 21 or older and physically inside Michigan; accounts that fail age or location checks are blocked, and winnings from underage play are withheld. (Some other states and countries allow 18+ gambling — Michigan does not.)
Are offshore, sweepstakes and social casinos legal in Michigan?
Offshore sites such as Bovada, BetOnline, Roobet and SpinQuest are not MGCB-licensed and are not legal for real-money play in Michigan — they carry no state consumer protections and no guarantee you'll be paid. Sweepstakes and social casinos (Gold Coins / Sweeps Coins models) operate under different laws and are not regulated by the MGCB as real-money casinos; treat them as separate from the 16 licensed sites on this page. For real money, play only operators on the official MGCB list.
When did online gambling become legal in Michigan?
Michigan legalized it under the Lawful Internet Gaming Act, signed in December 2019; regulated online casinos launched on January 22, 2021.
Which casino apps are legal in Michigan?
The apps of all 16 MGCB-licensed casinos on this page are legal — download them from the operator's site, the App Store (iOS), or via APK on Android (Google Play restricts real-money gambling apps). Any casino app not tied to an MGCB licensee is not legal in Michigan.
Are there no-deposit bonuses in Michigan?
Yes — BetMGM offers $25 on the house, Caesars a $10 no-deposit starter, and Horseshoe 125 no-deposit spins at registration. Everything else is deposit-triggered. See No-deposit bonuses in Michigan above.
How do I claim a Michigan online casino bonus?
Register and verify your account, opt in to the offer (some need a promo code, some do not), then make the qualifying deposit or wager. Always check the wagering requirement, completion window and any max cashout before you opt in.
What games have the best payouts in Michigan?
Blackjack (~0.5% house edge with optimal strategy), full-pay video poker (up to ~99.5% RTP) and the baccarat banker bet (~1.06% edge) offer the best odds; slots average around 96% RTP, with progressive jackpots trading base RTP for a big top prize.
What is the minimum deposit at Michigan online casinos?
Most sites take $10; DraftKings, FanDuel and Golden Nugget let you start from just $5.
How many legal online casinos are there in Michigan?
There are 16 MGCB-licensed online casinos covered here, all rated on the same framework.
What is a provisional score?
A provisional score means the figure may still move — either because a pillar is not yet final (for example, a hands-on customer-support test still to run) or because the operator has only a short Michigan track record. It uses the identical framework as every other score. bet365 and Play Gun Lake currently carry a provisional tag.
Are these rankings paid placements?
No. Affiliate relationships never change a score, a rank, or a "Best For" placement. Every licensed casino is judged against the same standard.
